Director, Marketing and Business Development (1)

This is a contract position whose compensation is tied to achieving certain business goals. In addition to the pay, he/she also gets all the perks a tour lead has, ie, unlimited free skiing to NACSKI covered resorts. Successful candidates should have bachelate or above degree(s) in related area and a minimal of 10+ years experiences in consumer marketing and business development. Experiences in membership organizations(like Costco), internet, sports and travel industry are highly desirable credentials. The candidate is responsible for defining and executing marketing and business development strategies to drive membership growth, skier-day traffic growth. Being a darn good skier is a plus, but not required.

Tour Lead (50)

This is a part time volunteer job without salary. Successful candidates get to ski all the major ski resorts (Heavenly, Northstar, Sierra, Kirkwood, Squaw) in Lake Tahoe areas for free throught the season. We plan to have bus trips every weekend. We provide you with the lift ticket, bus ride and $20 lunch money on each day trip. On each two day trip, in addition to the lift tickets, you will get your own hotel room plus $70 food compensation. You can choose to work on Saturdays or Sundays or both, most of our trips are on weekends. Since we have many tour leads, you may choose which weekend works out for you. It's totally flexible to fit your personal schedule. Being a tour lead, you must first be a member, your main responsibility is to coordinate with the skiers at the gathering place early in the morning, check their ID before they board the bus, distribute lift tickets to the skiers when the bus arrives at the resort. If multiple people express interests to become a tour lead on one ski trip, priority will be given based on his/her referral record. We encourage everyone to refer more skiers to join us.

Marketing Freelance (unlimited)

If you know a lots of people by emails, you qualify for the freelance job. First you sign up as a NACSKI memeber, go to NACSKI.com click on "become a member". Next, click on "Refer Freinds", when they sign up NACSKI becoming new members and participate our ski trips, you will earn 5 points on each member's 1st trip and another 5 points on their 2nd trip. Therefore you will in total earn upto 10 points per referal. After your accumulated points reachs 50, you can redeed them at a cash out rate of 0.7, which means for 100 points you get $70 in cash.
